Which organization certifies ?
Created in 1974, the independent association QUALITEL aims to promote the quality of housing through information and certification. Its subsidiary CERQUAL Qualitel Certification is the certifying body. Its role is to assess, control and issue NF Habitat certification in complete impartiality and independence. It is mandated by AFNOR Certification to issue NF Habitat certification. CERQUAL Qualitel Certification is subject to monitoring by COFRAC* (French Accreditation Committee) in order to ensure the reliability of controls and the independence of assessments.
